Theatre without walls

Help us create an Amphitheatre; an outdoor entertainment space surrounded by the Cotswold hills. We're thrilled to announce Cotswold District Council has pledged £10,000. We have £4,000 left to raise.

The performing arts and entertainment space at CCS is about to be transformed. We have virtually reached our target to complete the Performing Arts Centre, and we now want to ensure the Amphitheatre, located on the old school field, Barrels Pitch, is fully developed. We have recently launched a project on the Spacehive Crowdfund Cotswold platform (#crowdfundcotswold) to raise funds to develop the Amphitheatre. Cotswold District Council (CDC), is using this platform to review community support and will award grants to ideas that improve communities. We need to demonstrate strong community support, measured by the number of pledges made, rather than the size of donations. Therefore, we urge you to pledge (as little as £2) to the project. Your pledge will only be processed if we reach our target. If we don't manage to hit the target, we receive no funding. Brutal! You can find out more and make a pledge by clicking here

Latest news update, Cotswold District Council has pledged £10,000 towards the project. This means we have £4,000 left to raise to secure everything required for an Amphitheatre.

This outdoor space, situated alongside the new Performing Arts Centre, will be for our students (a classroom without walls) staff, alumni and community; where people can come together, learn, be entertained and have fun! The Amphitheatre will feature a stage and oval, tiered, Cotswold stone filled gabion seats. The field will be sensitively landscaped using local, natural materials.

The Amphitheatre will be a magical space with your support.

Thank you and we hope to see you at one of our events next year.
